A Michigan native, Davis played two years of Tier 3, before moving on to play 3 seasons in the North American Hockey League. In 144 games played in the NAHL Davis put up over a point per game accumulating 170 points.

Coach Davis still to this day is the 17th all team leading scorer from the NAHL. Aaron went on to earn a NCAA D1 Scholarship and play 4 years at Lake Superior State University in the CCHA from 1999 - 2003. Aaron won freshman of the year honors at the University in 1999 - 2000.

After graduation in 2003, Aaron left school and went to finish the 2002 - 2003 in the ECHL. The following season, he started in the ECHL then moved quickly to the Central Hockey League. Davis went on to play pro for 10 seasons, 9 of which were in the CHL. Davis was selected to participate in the 2007/2008 All Star Game, while playing with the Mississippi RiverKings. In 2009/2010 he was voted MVP of the team while with the Tulsa Oilers by putting up 67 points in 64 games that season. He was named the Unsung Hero with the Wichita Thunder in the 2010/2011 season, where he scored 72 points in 66 games. In 2012 Aaron and the Thunder made it to the Presidents Cup in the CHL Finals against the Fort Wayne Komets which the Thunder ended up losing in five games. The following season his team made it back to the finals, but ended up losing to Allen in 7 games. In his last two seasons in Wichita, Aaron had 113 games played with 44 goals and 71 assists giving him 115 points. He is a member of the Professional Hockey Players Association (PHPA) and has been a player representative since 2008. (Click Picture For Hockey Resume) 

After 5 seasons of running the helm in Dallas, Coach Davis has helped 50 plus players in the last 5 seasons move on to higher levels as well as holds the record for all time Games Coached and Wins in Dallas. Davis also holds his level 4 coaching certification for USA Hockey. 

Coach Davis is excited to begin his sixth season as the Dallas Snipers Head Coach and General Manager. He is looking forward to building on the team’s successes from his first 5 years with the organization and the opportunity to develop kids from the Dallas area as well as around the world! Aaron resides in Fort Worth, Texas with his wife April and their son Brooks.

Matthew Jaskiewicz will return to the Dallas Snipers for the 2018-2019 season. This will be his 5th season as the teams Assistant GM and Assistant Coach. Jaskiewicz played in the WSHL for 2 seasons between 2012 – 2014. Following the 2014 season, Jaskiewicz became teams first Assistant GM and Assistant Coach. The 2018-2019 season will be Jaskiewicz 7th season with the organization.

A Corpus Christi, Texas native Jaskiewicz moved to North Texas in 2008. Prior to moving to Dallas, he worked for the Corpus Christi Icerays in the Central Hockey League which is now the ECHL. Jaskiewicz played High School and Select Hockey around North Texas before joining the Snipers in the 2012. “After my final season in Dallas, I had my exit meeting with Coach Davis and I expressed interest in running the organization with him. Coach Davis and Mr. Becton welcomed me with open arms from day one,” stated Jaskiewicz. He is the 2nd longest tenured member of the Snipers, behind Owner Steve Becton. 

In May of 2017 Jaskiewicz left the organization to become the Head Coach Jr B organization in Canada. Jaskiewicz returned in November of 2017 to the Snipers organization. “I got an opportunity to return to Dallas and Coach the Snipers as well as grow hockey in the Texas and that was something I couldn’t pass up on,” stated Jaskiewicz. In January of 2018 Jaskiewicz took the Director of Hockey position at the Parks in Arlington, Texas.

Rob has been around the game of Hockey for over 40 years at one capacity or another whether that was playing, coaching, or recruiting. Rob grew up playing hockey on the frozen ponds and leagues in New York. It was there where he developed his lifelong love for the game of hockey. Rob was raised in New York and played hockey through to college. After his freshman year in college, he decided to leave New York to concentrate on his baseball career in Kansas.

Rob has been around the game of Hockey for over 40 years at one capacity or another whether that was playing, coaching, or recruiting. Rob grew up playing hockey on the frozen ponds and leagues in New York. It was there where he developed his lifelong love for the game of hockey. Rob was raised in New York and played hockey through to college. After his freshman year in college, he decided to leave New York to concentrate on his baseball career in Kansas.

He and his family arrived in Keller, TX in 2000 and he started coaching in the DFW Metroplex from the mite level to college. Programs that Rob has held Assistant and Head Coach Positions are: Dallas Snipers (WSHL), University of North Texas (ACHA Division II), Travel Programs, (Ice Jets Organization, Alliance, Dallas Stars and Dallas Junior Stars Programs), Rec Programs (Dr. Pepper Star Centers, Blue Line) and High School (JV and Varsity at Keller). Rob has had success developing players at all levels and coaching many teams to win championships in his tenure in coaching. Rob holds his Level 4 Coaching Certification with USA Hockey.

Rob’s Philosophy on Ice Hockey is to teach, train and develop players to be the best player that they can be. Coach players to respect the game, by committing to hard work and dedication to the sport they love to play.

Rob lives in Keller, TX with his wife Kasi, son Dalton and daughter Briley.

Jason Felts

Director of Communications

Jason graduated from the University of North Texas in May of 2018 with a BA in Broadcast Journalism and a BA in Political Science, and is in his 4th season as the voice of the Snipers. He played lacrosse at the University of North Texas, and is also the play-by-play announcer for the Dallas Baptist University hockey team. In addition to being the Director of Communications for the Snipers, he is also the Social Media and Content Director for LacrosseMonkey, as well as the youth head lacrosse coach for Plano Senior High School.

Todd is set to begin his 3rd season as the Head Trainer in Dallas. He currently works as a firefighter and paramedic for the Little Elm Fire Department in North Texas. Todd currently resides in North Dallas with his family.
