Snipers fall to Ice Jets in Home Opener

The Snipers celebrated their inaugural game with  Duane "Whip" Wylie dropping the ceremonial first puck on Saturday night, but the celebration didn't last as the Snipers fell to the Ice Jets 5-3.  Snipers captain, Craig Brubaker, scored a goal at 18:49 in the game but then the Ice Jets scored an empty net to finish off the game. 

   The Snipers return to action on Friday, September 30 when the Arizona Red Hawks come to Euless for the next 3 home games.  Puck drops at 7:30
