Mid-West Division Preview vs El Paso

The Dallas Snipers had last week off, which gave them time to regroup after losing their past seven games.

If the playoffs started today, Dallas would be facing off against Wichita in the first round. The Snipers’ first-round matchup could theoretically be any team in the Midwest Division besides Oklahoma City, as the Blazers have already clinched a bye.

The Snipers did not make any major changes to their roster prior to the February 13 trade deadline.

Dallas blueliner Daniel Nordlander (16-12-28) leads a power-play attack that has scored 41 goals this season. Nordlander has put up eight goals on the man advantage and dished out five helpers as well.

The Snipers begin a six-game home stand this weekend against El Paso. Dallas has a 1-2-0-0 record in the season series against the Rhinos.
