The El Paso Rhinos held the Dallas Snipers to a single goal while scoring 26 of their own over the course of their three-game home sweep – their first action on home ice this season.
El Paso built a 3-0 lead after one period in their home opener on Friday and cruised to a 7-1 win.
Drake Cartwright, Hunter Cooley and Alex Johanson all scored two goals for the Rhinos. Johanson added a pair of assists.
Peter Kutlak scored the Dallas goal late in the second period.
The Rhinos continued their domination of the WSHL with an 11-0 win on Saturday, scoring six times in the first period and out-shooting their guests, 65-8.
John Erramouspe, Simon Hobbis and Artur Laukaitis each scored two goals in the game for El Paso and Tymen Edelkoort posted the shutout.
Frederic Ampleman (1-3-4) and Evan Camba (0-3-3) both registered three assists for the Rhinos.
Edelkoort picked up another eight-save shutout Sunday in an 8-0 Rhinos win.
Johnson (2-2-4) and Niklavs Balgavins (2-0-2) each scored twice for El Paso and Chaseton Sare dished out three assists.
Brady Weiss was in the Snipers net, making 40 saves.
