Dallas Snipers' Olsa deadly on offense in 8-5 win against Tulsa Jr. Oilers

Dallas Snipers relied on the scoring touch of Dusan Olsa, who netted two goals, to beat Tulsa Jr. Oilers, 8-5. 

Olsa's tallies came on the power play at 1:37 into the third period  to make the score  5-4 Dallas Snipers and 8:50 into the third to make the score 6-4 Dallas Snipers. 

Dallas Snipers kept Tulsa Jr. Oilers' goalie busy throughout the game, and Teke Murphy made 28 saves on 36 shots. Dallas Snipers surpassed its usual scoring output this season. Dallas Snipers averages 4.5 goals per game. Team could not crack Tulsa Jr. Oilers' penalty kill and was held to two power play goals while having nine opportunities to play with the man advantage. 

Dallas Snipers also got points from Jean Cobo, who also had one goal and two assists, Gary Burk, who also grabbed one goal and two assists, and Trent Williams, who also finished with two goals and one assist. Dallas Snipers also got a goal from Carl Sandsten as well. Tulsa Jr. Oilers was helped by Ivan Bukshevannyy, who registered one goal and one assist. Bukshevannyy scored on the power play 18:43 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Tulsa Jr. Oilers. Tulsa Jr. Oilers earned a power play opportunity when Williams was put in the box for roughing. Maksim Chegrintcev picked up the assist. Tulsa Jr. Oilers additionally got points from Chegrintcev, who also tallied one goal and one assist and Sam Hiserodt, who also grabbed one goal and one assist. Tulsa Jr. Oilers also had goals scored by Hunter Best and Andrew Wyrrick, who scored one goal each. More assists for Tulsa Jr. Oilers came via Richard Novodomec, who had two and Michael Hutchinson, Jason Small, and Casey Neel, who contributed one each.
