Dallas Snipers downs Wichita Jr. Thunder in overtime, 6-5 (OT)

Erik Svensson gave Dallas Snipers a 6-5 (OT) victory over Wichita Jr. Thunder when he scored 43 seconds into the extra period. 

Carl Sandsten had two goals and one assist to lead Dallas Snipers. Sandsten scored the first of his two goals at 9:07 into the first period to make the score 2-0 Dallas Snipers. Svensson picked up the assist. Sandsten's next tally made the score 4-4 with 28 seconds left in the second period. Svensson provided the assist. 

Penalties took their toll on Dallas Snipers, as its penalty kill unit let in two power play goals.
